Inspired by his fareast origin and his journeys all over the world Martin Ho created the Chin Chin Gin. It combines the classic taste of gin with the exotic flavours of nutmeg, cinamon and ginger. All flavours are preserved by low heat vacuum distilation which gives our gin it’s unique fresh and rich character.
To preserve all the exotic flavours in their natural richness and freshness we use vacuum distillation. The vacuum enables a lower distilation temperature which allows us to gently extract the flavours to give our Chin Chin Gin it’s unmistakably exciting and fresh character. All our production is done in a small distillery in the Burgenland.
